This website was created as a way to share some of Dr. Joseph Costa’s books and self- mastery courses and to introduce you to the 15^th Step Process.

Better Life Books, Eastern Division is associated with the Institute of Thought (IOT) in San Diego, CA.  Dr Costa is the founder and CEO of the IOT.

In addition to his successful private practice, Dr. Costa teaches hypnotherapy, past life regression, the 15^th Step and self- mastery.  He is an internationally recognized expert in the fascinating field of psychic phenomena, channeling, dream interpretation and altered states of consciousness.  His life’s work is the investigation of the mind through subjective scientific research.

This site focuses on a handful of Dr. Costa’s materials.  It is important that we all come to realize, adapt, and work with the materials Dr. Costa is giving us.  We are shifting into the fourth dimension and we need to know how to work with this shift as well as our own changing world.

Dr. Costa’s books and courses are meant to both inform you and raise your level of consciousness.  Dr. Costa receives his knowledge and wisdom from Masters and his guides from the Inner world.

It’s important to know that we now have access to this Inner world using the 15^th Step Process.  This process gives us the ability to receive our own personal physical healing as well as personal guidance.
